ALESSANDRA AMBROSIO took part in a sizzling shoot in St Bart's this week and no doubt had men around the globe celebrating the day that bikinis were invented.
We have French engineer Louis Réard to thank for the modern-day two-piece, and of course Alessandra herself for showing us why it's such an amazing invention.
The busty Brazilian beauty looked amazing as she pulled a range of poses on one of the Caribbean island's beautiful beaches.
It was the perfect backdrop to the shoot, which saw Alessandra sport three different bikinis.
All three of the numbers showed off her stunning figure to maximum effect.
In fact the shoot was so hot that at one point Alessandra needed to be splashed with water by one of the crew members.
